Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Develop and maintain professional cooperation with healthcare professionals (ophthalmology) in the assigned territory.
- Represent the company's interests in the professional community.
- Promote company products.
- Conduct training events (seminars, roundtables, presentations).
- Participate in organizing and holding conferences.
- Implement marketing activities.
- Analyze the situation with promoted products in the assigned territory.
- Study target audience opinions and consumer demand.
- Maintain records of visitor activity in a format agreed upon with the regional manager.
- Adhere to the Company's and the Republic of Uzbekistan's corporate culture principles for ethical behavior and business conduct.
- Achieve financial performance in accordance with sales plans.
- Conduct commercial negotiations with clients in the company's best interests.
- Provide clients with up-to-date information on product advantages and the company's capabilities, and understand their needs.
- Conduct presentations for potential and existing clients, participate in exhibitions, conferences, and other events aimed at promoting products.
- Conducting preliminary negotiations on supply contracts;
- Monitoring compliance with the terms of concluded contracts.
Requirements:
- Higher medical/ophthalmological education
- Experience as a medical representative is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, ability to clearly and competently express thoughts
- Confident PC user
- Experience with CRM (preferred)
- Responsibility for completing assigned tasks, results-oriented, diligent, and highly organized.
- Proficiency in Russian and Uzbek. English is preferred.
